Workshop Cancellations & Refunds

• Workshop registrations are non-refundable.
• If you are unable to attend, your registration can be transferred to a future workshop, subject to seat availability.
• Registration may also be transferred to another participant with prior written notice.
• If the workshop is postponed, you may attend the rescheduled date or request a 100% refund.
• Where applicable, approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days through the original payment method.
